Joe's family is originally from Vietnam but made their way to New Orleans when he was a young boy. Vietnam is hot and humid with an abundance of seafood and rice available, so Louisiana was a perfect fit! One of the many things Joe learned while living in New Orleans was that nothing brought people together more than good food and drinks. Joe quickly discovered and was amazed by his ability to bring together culturally diverse groups. That is why he decided to open Flaming Joe's Seafood where his undying commitment to co-workers, community, and culture continues today. Although Joe's care is widespread, food is one of his top priorities. He takes pride in everything that comes out of the kitchen!

All of our sauces are made in-house. We source local fresh ingredients when possible, and we're always looking for new ways to impress our guests. We hope you enjoy!
